I had a fantastic stay at the hotel located in the heart of old Bursa town. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection, and the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by everything from coffee shops to shopping malls. The new furniture and great internet service added to the overall excellent experience. I am grateful to all the staff for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Arriving on a cold rainy night with 2 adults and 3 kids under 10 years, the room was spacious, beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed. However, the receptionist was not the best. The location on a pedestrian street made it a bit isolated from other attractions, but it was close to marketplaces and coffee shops.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and spacious with large beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice selection, and the location was superb, surrounded by everything you could possibly need from coffee shops to shopping malls.
