I had a fantastic stay at the hotel located in the heart of old Bursa town. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection, and the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by everything from coffee shops to shopping malls. The new furniture and great internet service added to the overall excellent experience. I am grateful to all the staff for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Arriving on a cold rainy night with 2 adults and 3 kids under 10 years, the room was spacious, beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed. However, the receptionist was not the best. The location on a pedestrian street made it a bit isolated from other attractions, but it was close to marketplaces and coffee shops.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and spacious with large beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice selection, and the location was superb, surrounded by everything you could possibly need from coffee shops to shopping malls. The hotel itself is new, with modern furniture, and the service was top-notch. A big thank you to all the staff for their excellent service!
